This last month has been an interesting one. The G scalers have been getting together at someones house for discussions and socializing. With the weather warming up they will soon be back at the G scale layout.The board of directors have had several meeting trying to get everything organized for the upcoming year. In addition to setting goals and objectives for the year, they have been creating a budget to support the things we want to do.It is not yet finalized but will be completed and presented at our next monthly business meeting for your approval. The meeting is held the second Monday of each month at 7:00PM. Part of what we have been doing is set up committees so we can proceed in our endeavor in a meaningful and organized manner. Those of you that have been at the last several Thursday evening work sessions have found everybody busy with some type of activity: cleaning track, laying the final narrow gauge track, Doing landscape, working on engines and decoder pro, and getting un needed stuff prepared for recycling. A social committee has been formed and they have been working on putting together several trip possibilities for us to take in the near future. As these are finalized you will be notified by both email and word of mouth. WE are also putting out name badges for anyone that doesn't have one. A sign up list is available at the club house. In the past everyone had a club vest. We are trying to put together an order for those of you who want one. If you are interested, there is a signup list so we will have the right sizes. The prices has not yet been determined, but the club will partially subsidize the cost.I want to thank all of you that have been participating! See you at the club house on Thursday.Mickey
