This past several weeks (after completion of the inventories) we have been quite busy. We have had multiple school tour groups and an adult tours. We visited the old Grand Junction depot as a group, and we participated in the national railroad day display at the old Grand Junction depot. On Thursday evenings, we have been doing operations and will continue to do so for a while. The G scale group has changed their meeting time to Thursday mornings.We have an adult group tour Thursday , May 25 at 11:00. Come out and help us. Next Saturday, May 27, we will be participating in the antique truck show from 9:00 – 3:00. Throughout the summer, we will be participating at the Cross Orchards farmers markets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 9:00 – noon.Jim (Mitch ) Mitchel passed away this month. Jim was a member of the club from about 2004 till the present. During that time he served as both treasure and vice president. Jim served multiple tours in the marines.
